The article is about a nonexistent entity. The three universities mentioned are located in the same town and do cooperate to a certain extent, but they do not have a central organization. Wikipedia does have articles about university systems, but those refer to organizations with a central governing body, such as a president or a board of directors. All the information on the page is about the three institutions individually, and the "official page" is actually a page on the website of one of the institutions, containing only generic information about the town. I performed an Internet search and did not find any site jointly managed by the three institutions. In an image search, the logo appears only on Wikipedia and an anonymous YouTube channel.
