WP:SUBSTUB unreferenced for 15 years since creation and not expanded since. WP:PROD has been declined. I can't find any evidence this term is used beside the colloquial meaning. There are few hits for it in GBooks/GScholar, but there is no evidence this is a defined term connected to an established theory or practice.
