Notability restricted to one TV series, Step by Step, so fails to meet WP:NACTOR, and the limited sourcing (two of which generated "page not found" when I clicked in the article) is straining any demonstration of overall notability beyond the TV series.

It seems to be quite similar to a version under "Angela Watson (actress)" (see Special:Permalink/905294720) before that was redirected to Step by Step. Very few overall acting roles, and none as big as that TV series. I was surprised this hadn't been taken up at AfD before, but if this (former) actress does indeed fail to meet notability today as I pointed out above, I request that the redirect to Step by Step be restored. • Keep per the significant coverage in multiple independent reliable sources. The subject passes Wikipedia:Notability (people)#Basic criteria, which says:

People are presumed notable if they have received significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject.

    • If the depth of coverage in any given source is not substantial, then multiple independent sources may be combined to demonstrate notability; trivial coverage of a subject by secondary sources is not usually sufficient to establish notability.

She won her first beauty pageant to become Miss Sunburst at a mall competition. Within two years, Miss Sunburst had 60 more crowns and 200 trophies vying for shelf space. ...The pageants led to modeling. The article notes: "The biggest concern of Karen Foster on the 1991–98 series Step by Step was which shade of lipstick to wear. The actress who played Foster — Angela Watson — has triumphed over a far greater challenge: her parents, as one judge said, "squandered" the money shed earned from her seven seasons on the show, her two years on Davis Rules and various commercials. Including interest, the loss was calculated at $2.8 million. ... Watson has created the nonprofit CAST (Child Actors Supporting Themselves) Foundation, which coordinates the free services of attorneys, accountants and investigators. She also hopes to send CAST representatives to sets to talk to youngsters about their parents and investments. Having put her acting career on hold to work on the legislation, Watson is back doing animation voiceovers, singing at concerts with her country-rock band, American Made, and recording a CD. Her production company, Watsup Productions, is developing a musical animated series."

The book notes: "Can a farm girl from small-town Illinois find success and happiness in glamorous, glittery Hollywood? If the girl is nineteen-year-old Angela Watson, star of the ABC-TV series Step by Step, the answer is a resounding yes! But back in Danville, Illinois, Angela didn't dream of a career in show business. ... Still, she did have a flair for performing. She took tap-dancing lessons from the age of three, and her mother, Barbara, recalls, ... When Angela was eleven, her father, Allen, a farmer, retired. Looking to escape the snow, he moved his family (including Angela's sister and brother) to Cape Coral, Florida. Angela and her mother were at the local mall one day when they saw an advertisement for the Miss Sunburst beauty pageant."

There is sufficient coverage in reliable sources to allow Angela Watson to pass Wikipedia:Notability#General notability guideline, which requires "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject".
