@MathXplore: I get where you're coming from, and the usernames are on the spammy side. But this looks like an amusing creating an account, forgetting the password, not having an email attached, so they make a 2nd account. I'm going to decline to CheckUser block because the accounts aren't being used abusively which is a primary need for CheckUser blocks. They might be worth putting on WP:VIP or WP:ANI for other sysops to review the spammy username issue. But his other edits are to Homonationalism. The vandalism is all pictures of Geoge Floyd. Tkirbzz could be trying evade block. @Muhafiz-e-Pakistan: So let him be rude. One time a user opened a checkuser request against me in retaliation for opening one against him. I just kept quiet and let the checkuser person do their job. The result was that I was not a sockpuppet, and that was the end of it. This page is not a place to discuss whether a user is competent, rude, a vandal, or anything other than whether they are inappropriately using multiple accounts. I reviewed the case and agree there doesn't seem to be any correlation between the two mentioned accounts, at this time. However, I did block User:Muhafiz-e-Pakistan for disruptive editing after knowingly and intentionally creating a hoax article. They're welcome to engage on their talk page, if they like. Re-created a deleted page of Varun Pradip Dave. Account no. 3 changed the name of Varun Powerlifter so that the page history can't be retreived.

Juliesign is the latest account CU-blocked that you can also compare to. Uchihain and Limelm both creating the page Aamir Rafiq (Actor), Juliesign (and other socks) created the page Aamir Rafiq, which there was a consensus to delete at RfD. The edits on the article show changes being made at different times by either the IP or the named user. I am pretty sure they are one and the same. I would note the only edit the named editor did on enWP was reverted for violation of BLP. Chobblesome Accounts

All of the accounts listed above have been recently created and have only made edits to Chobblesome which is a made term from a youtube person who is not notable. The article is clearly promoting and reminds me of the movie Mean Girls trying to make 'fetch' happen. I believe all of these accounts are related and there are many IPs also involved in this and the page is under an edit war, which is why it was protected yesterday. The issue here is if the .114 IP (and there by the other in the same range) is an attempt by Yepsdaily to avoid the ban and continue to make the same contribution which were an issue in the past. Hello there, what exaclty should I do here? - The Checkuser is for cases of named accounts causing problems. In that case, the person running the checkuser, can for example compare the IP address, perhaps the user agent, to come to a conclusion that two named editors are in fact the same person. Per checkuser policy though, a checkuser may not provide information which would allow to link an IP address with a username. In the case above, we have a collection of IP addresses, form similar subnets. If one of the IP addresses causes a problem, any admin can block it. Sorry, this is not the task of a Checkuser. Also: As pointed out elsewhere: this is a small wiki, with few editors, so the likelyhood of two editors editing a similar range of pages is very high. Note also, that having an account for editing is optional. Please take this back to the admin board; if you find anb IP acting against our rules, any admin will be able to block it. While CU policy prohibits connecting IPs with users, the contribution history of the IPs indicates persistent vandalism and non-constructive DUCK behavior that can probably be reported through VIP as necessary to limit project disruption. (Non-checkuser observation) - Vandalism can be reported to WP:VIP and open proxies are subject to our open proxy policy, but this isn't the page for that. If all these IPs are causing vandalism, I would recommend reporting them as a group to VIP for a range block. Checkuser wouldn't be much use in an open proxy situation, and it is used for linking registered accounts to others, and there aren't any in your request, so I don't know how much a checkuser would help in this situation.
