- Hindi Wikipedia at deletion शुभम गेमिंग ड्यूड Qewse (talk) 17:28, 24 April 2025 (UTC)
- @Qewse: In that case, please make a deletion request. Thanks. -- Auntof6 (talk) 17:28, 24 April 2025 (UTC)
- Done Admin!
- thank you for kind gesture. Qewse (talk) 17:29, 24 April 2025 (UTC)
- @Qewse: All you did was point to the previous RFD. You need to either start a new RFD, or use quick deletion (QD). There's a QD option for deleting things that were previously deleted at RFD. -- Auntof6 (talk) 17:32, 24 April 2025 (UTC)
- Hi Admin, am new here i was not aware of this. can you could do it please? or guide me what to add to make RFD of previously Deleted one? Qewse (talk) 17:34, 24 April 2025 (UTC)

April 2025
[change source]@Auntof6 Please, you can check and block this user? Because this user is not here to build free encyclopedia, he is continuously trying to push Rajput caste POV for what he was warned and 4-5+ and final warnings he has already received.[1][2][3][4] Also this user 2-3 times personally attacked fellow editors.[5][6]
Further, this user created three pages and directly copied content from EN-Wiki without any declaration or attribution.[7][8][9]
Clearly he is not understanding the issues, and despite the final warnings, he continued disruption and restoring the Rajput caste POV, violating NPOV policy. Therefore, a short block, long block, or Topic block on Indian caste and history related articles is a necessary. Bensebgli (Talk) 20:23, 25 April 2025 (UTC)
- @Auntof6 Is there any solution? Bensebgli (Talk) 09:36, 27 April 2025 (UTC)

- Make it stable in english wikipedia
- then create the one here AurKestra (talk) 10:02, 29 April 2025 (UTC)
- Yes it was deleted but you know whats the reason for that deletion. 1Jukebox (talk) 09:52, 29 April 2025 (UTC)
- @1Jukebox: It looks like you mean QD and RFD tags. If that's not correct, let me know.
- @AurKestra: The article is now at RFD. Whatever you have to say about having it deleted, please say it on the RFD page and stop adding QD tags. By the way, the fact that an article, even a draft, was deleted from English Wikipedia is not a reason to delete it here. It needs to be evaluated based on what is in the article here. If the issues that made the article/draft be deleted/declined exist here, then mention those in the RFD.
- Both of you: the place to discuss articles is not on someone else's talk page, especially on multiple other people's talk pages. Instead of bringing this up on multiple admins' talk pages, it would be better to use WP:AN. Thanks. -- Auntof6 (talk) 18:24, 29 April 2025 (UTC)
manycat
[change source]How to add many pages to categories? The tool is called something like manycat but I can not find it { Catcus DeMeowwy (talk) | User_talk:Catcus DeMeowwy 22:32, 29 April 2025 (UTC)
- @Catcus DeMeowwy: Are you thinking of c:Cat-a-lot? Or maybe c:Help:Gadget-HotCat? -- Auntof6 (talk) 23:00, 29 April 2025 (UTC)
- Cat-a-lot! Yes, that's it. Thank you :)
- { Catcus DeMeowwy (talk) | User_talk:Catcus DeMeowwy 23:03, 29 April 2025 (UTC)
- By the way, I am hoping to go through the list(s) of deaths by year (such as those on my userpage) and add the people on them to the categories (of how they died) for them, so going through the list by person and adding their article page to the cat of people that have died from the disease, I think. There could be more to do as well, I do not know. { Catcus DeMeowwy (talk) | User_talk:Catcus DeMeowwy 23:13, 29 April 2025 (UTC)
- @Catcus DeMeowwy: That sounds good. Just make sure there is a reference for how each person died before you add it to the category.
- By the way, your signature seems to have two links to your talk page, instead of one to your user page and one to your talk page. I guess that's allowed, but is that what you intended? -- Auntof6 (talk) 23:28, 29 April 2025 (UTC)
Idea (unsolicited, on your behalf)
[change source]Hi! ICD-11 should not redirect to List of ICD-11 codes, in my opinion.
(But List of ICD-11 codes could, 'easily' (?) redirect to ICD-11, if there had been a stub.)--If this explanation gets picked up by, anyone, who finds the views helpful, then fine.--At least one discussion, somewhat related, is (arguably) not being kept Simple - so i will look for some (other) simple editing, for today.--Thank you, and have a nice day! 2001:2020:C305:834B:9DCC:B381:D69B:36B1 (talk) 16:16, 30 April 2025 (UTC)
- Use the discussion page that is already open and tag users if needed. { Catcus DeMeowwy (talk) | User_talk:Catcus DeMeowwy 18:38, 30 April 2025 (UTC)
Can you tell me how to do anchor text please
[change source]I can not do this. For articleː sperm (link does not work) I have made the acrosome sub-section to link to. I do not think it is right. But also how would I create a link to an anchor point? I remember it was something like bracketbracket #anchor|article, bracketbracket, I do not know. For reference this is for sperm and https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_MeSH_codes_(A05). The article (sperm) also mentions the sperm tail, another red entry. It does not have much info but it mentions flagella and links to it, and that is all the sperm tail is. But I do not want a redirect to that because it does not go into the hooks or other biology.
Can you let me know how to create anchors, and link to them? So I do not constantly ask for help (unless you are OK with that). Can save 1 red link with acrosome sig { Catcus DeMeowwy (talk) | User_talk:Catcus DeMeowwy 09:41, 1 May 2025 (UTC)
I do not think someone that has a problem with the article, proposes a fix, THEN when they get it they go behind someones back to try and get the article deleted regardless, should edit the article I am talking about. I know that you are reading this because this talk page is probably the only reason why you returned { Catcus DeMeowwy (talk) | User_talk:Catcus DeMeowwy 20:09, 1 May 2025 (UTC)
- @Catcus DeMeowwy: Your anchor in Sperm works, but remember that they're case-sensitive. When you link to the anchor, you need to specify the same case as is coded in the target article. The documentation for Template:Anchor recommends using the same case as you would for a header. Also, read the part of the documentation that talks about where to put the anchors. It recommends putting them in a header and gives examples of doing that. It's helpful to have them in a header, because when you use them you get positioned to the header instead of to the text under the header.
- Does that help? For any other questions you have like this, I recommend posting at Simple talk.
- One other thing: when you link to a Simple English Wikipedia article here, like you did to the list of MeSH codes (A05) article, please use standard internal link syntax instead of coding the URL. Thanks. -- Auntof6 (talk) 11:27, 1 May 2025 (UTC)
- I saw on another article the "broken templates" warning (warning: one or more anchor text links are broken" or something) on one of the talk pages. That mentions the case-sensitivity and was aware of that before. I thought they I was doing them wrong
- I can link the anchor to a heading (or subheading) if it is better formatting and layout. Could you just tell me one more thing - how to link (with double [s to an anchor) to the article on anchor from a page? Please --sig: { Catcus DeMeowwy (talk) | User_talk:Catcus DeMeowwy 20:14, 1 May 2025 (UTC)
- @Catcus DeMeowwy: If there is an anchor, you link to it the same as you would link to a heading. -- Auntof6 (talk) 20:47, 1 May 2025 (UTC)
- @Catcus DeMeowwy: I don't know what you're talking about. Are you saying that someone, maybe me, tried to get an article deleted? If you want a response, please be specific. -- Auntof6 (talk) 20:44, 1 May 2025 (UTC)
- The anchors are working now, thanks. I am sometimes not sure of how to link an article using wikicode, but I can not think of an example right now. I like to prevent link rot. The new anchors are on some of the anatomy pages, specifically about the female reproductive system/anatomy. It has gone a long way in interlinking pages on the Wiki and helped much with format and linking information.
- sig: { Catcus DeMeowwy (talk) | User_talk:Catcus DeMeowwy 00:15, 3 May 2025 (UTC)
- OK. Is there a particular reason you think we need anchors instead of using the page headings? -- Auntof6 (talk) 00:23, 3 May 2025 (UTC)
- How do I link to page headings with wikimarkup? I know of using #:~ to make an URL, but if I knew that I could just use the headers then I would of done it in the first place { Catcus DeMeowwy (talk) | User_talk:Catcus DeMeowwy 03:05, 3 May 2025 (UTC)
- You use the pound sign between the page name and the section header. For example, to link to the section kinds of war in War, you would code War#Kinds of war. To display different text, you would pipe it, like one of the following:
[[War#Kinds of war|kinds of war]]
, which gives kinds of war[[War#Kinds of war|different kinds of war]]
, which gives different kinds of war
- Hope that helps. -- Auntof6 (talk) 04:29, 3 May 2025 (UTC)

ad link in userpage
[change source]https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Gwib (under "REAL templates") links to a website that has been taken over (whatsthecrack). I do not want to say that it is malicious but they could be inactive and the site owner has let the site go { Catcus DeMeowwy (talk) | User_talk:Catcus DeMeowwy 10:16, 1 May 2025 (UTC)
- @Catcus DeMeowwy: I don't see that heading or the website name you mention. You also don't say if there's something you want me to do. If you need admin help with something, I recommend posting on the Admins' noticeboard so that any available admin can help you. Thanks. -- Auntof6 (talk) 11:30, 1 May 2025 (UTC)
- Actually nevermind. It was late and I remember that another night I also had a page randomly open on me while messing around with the Black Panthers template (this was a template too). I must have adware on my computer { Catcus DeMeowwy (talk) | User_talk:Catcus DeMeowwy 20:08, 1 May 2025 (UTC)
Hi
[change source]Should all the categories starting with Category:Prime Ministers of ... be moved to Category:Prime ministers of ...? Cactus🌵 spiky ツ 04:43, 3 May 2025 (UTC)
- Like Category:Vice presidents of ... Cactus🌵 spiky ツ 04:43, 3 May 2025 (UTC)
- @Cactusisme: You mean lower case instead of upper case? Probably. When to capitalize a title is one of those aspects of grammar that gets people confused. If you're thinking of changing them, it's worth asking the general community first to see if there was a reason they're the way they are and to get input on what else might be affected. Also to see if there's an easy way of renaming so many categories without having to do them one at a time -- Commons has a bot that will move categories, but I don't know of one here. Good catch! -- Auntof6 (talk) 10:20, 3 May 2025 (UTC)
- Sure will ask on simple talk first. Will look into the bot. Cactus🌵 spiky ツ 00:43, 4 May 2025 (UTC)
