None of the "International Art Photo Contest" prizes are verifiable, so there is no way to assess whether they would establish WP:Artist. The article history shows that it has been pruned down from waves of COI Promo cruft. The only real claim to notability is an exhibition at Museum of Biblical Art (Dallas).
