Delete. Doesn't meet WP:CORPDEPTH. The company's main claim to notability is its relationship with Gab, as reported by the Southern Poverty Law Center (here) and The Daily Dot (here). However, the coverage doesn't describe StartEngine beyond being a venue for Gab's crowdfunding, and it's not significant enough to count toward WP:CORPDEPTH.
