- Delete Wikipedia is not a directory listing of non-notable or barely notable software products. JBsupreme (talk) 13:50, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep - the applications are notable per Wikipedia's criteria, and, in general, list of software are useful. If some of the apps are not notable then they should be removed from the list, but there's not reasons to delete the whole article. Laurent (talk) 14:36, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep or Merge with Computer icon, entries in the list are notable as per Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. JBsupreme has failed to outline which policy is in violation. --Hm2k (talk) 14:44, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep: A list of related software. Joe Chill (talk) 15:37, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep with hopes of improvement (it is Wikipedia... right?). –turiantalk 16:49, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
DeleteMerge with Computer icon but remove the non notable software. Wikipedia is not for lists as per WP:NOT and icon editing software is a small subset of graphical editing software. --HighKing (talk) 19:31, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]- Comment Much as I prefer to see this deleted, I do not believe delete+merge is a valid option given our GFDL usage. JBsupreme (talk) 05:47, 4 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment Lists are allowed. There is nothing in the WP:NOT that suggests "Wikipedia is not for lists". --Hm2k (talk) 11:49, 4 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Why are these programs notable? The article does not demonstrate their notability. I'm not sure if even the subject (icon software) is notable. This list doesn't accomplish anything that a simple Google search wouldn't. Offliner (talk) 12:39, 5 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Most of the listed software is not notable. If you take out the non-notable software, there aren't enough items to warrant a list article. Some guy (talk) 21:43, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep and expand or merge. The number of entries with a page is currently fairly minimal, but the topic as a whole is notable. Also a lack of a page doesn't guarantee non-notable and there are probably other notable icon software not mentioned at all. As such, a merge until their are enough entries to warrant a list is a reasonable compromise. --ThaddeusB (talk) 17:56, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
