I'm nominating the article for the second time as there were no comment on the other one. I think the OP has some UPE articles and this is one of them.

Comment - Most of the sources are either in Azerbaijani or in Russian, some should be deleted (like this one which is a lyrics page) while others (like this one) do not event mention his name. I didn't find any other source so far, but I am open to assessing any other piece found by fellow editors. AmshitBalcon (talk) 20:35, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
