Article exists based on a single event where the subject has been charged with, but not convicted of, a crime. As the subject is otherwise non-notable, deletion is appropriate per WP:BLPCRIME "editors must seriously consider not including material ... that suggests the person has committed or is accused of having committed a crime, unless a conviction has been secured for that crime"

- Delete. Along with the policy-based reasons for deletion of WP:BLP1E and WP:BLPCRIME, the authorship of this article is suspicious. It was created in one fell swoop by an inexperienced editor as part of a rapid sequence of new articles that included low-effort techniques such as AI-generated text, a copy of somebody else's draft article, and a repost of material that was previously deleted.
