Keep Competing in the 2012 Olympics and winning the 2009 European U23 1500 m title confers automatic notability under WP:NSPORT. Independent Russian sports outlets such as Sport-Express, AIF and Sovetskaya Chuvashia provide non-trivial coverage, so the article also satisfies WP:GNG.
