This also looks like probably sockpuppet editing by the subject of the article. The article image was uploaded to Commons by User:Alfred Antonio brown, which has been confirmed as a sock of User:Rajesh56om who has been blocked for cross-wiki abuse. The User:Alfred Antonio brown created a copy of this article on Simple English Wikipedia. I expect that User:Salim Ahmed rashid is the same person, who is also the subject of this article.
