Deleteper WP:HEY. Original rationale: I already removed much of the cruft, but it hasn't done it any good. Incidentally, can admin eyes tell us whether it has been recreated by the same editor as the original creator? —SerialNumber54129...speculates 19:44, 11 March 2018 (UTC) —SerialNumber54129 paranoia /cheap shit room 16:44, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
- @Serial Number 54129: yes, it was recreated by the same author. L293D (☎ • ✎) 19:55, 11 March 2018 (UTC)

Delete - Spam should be speedily deleted. On the notability front, I don't see anything that meets WP:CORPDEPTH. There are some non-English references but I don't speak anything other than English so I'm unable to determine if they are reliable. --CNMall41 (talk) 20:19, 12 March 2018 (UTC)Based on the improvements made since my vote!. Thanks to Fiachra10003 for going through the non-English references. --CNMall41 (talk) 01:33, 28 March 2018 (UTC) - Keep. I feel a little like Henry Fonda in "Twelve Angry Men" here, given all the delete !votes. However, there's coverage of this company in reliable sources, just not much in English. First of all, there's the Financial Times article, always credible when it comes to European business. However, since the company is really Russian (many Russian companies are Cyprus-domiciled, due to an advantageous tax treaty), I also checked the Russian language media. Kommersant is the journal of record for Russian business and a quick search of its pages threw up half a dozen articles over the last year or so. See [1]. The first listed Kommersant article is "InDriver сделал остановку в Петербурге" (roughly, "InDriver makes a stop in St. Petersburg") and is about 50% about InDriver and 50% about the changing Russian ride-hailing market. (See a google translation here [2]). This next article [3] is about the subject entering the Moscow market. (See translation here [4]). Vedomosti, another significant business daily, had an article on the private equity investment mentioned in the Wikipedia article [5]. RBK, a major non-business daily, also had an article - though they were citing Kommersant at least in part: [6]. (See translation here: [7]). There's quite a bit on InDriver in the Russian regional press (see [8], for instance), but these sources can be of uncertain reliability. I can certainly believe that the Russian ride-hailing market is changing quickly (Any foreigner who has had to hail a taxi in Moscow or St. Petersburg will look forward to the change, as the fall of the Soviet Union also brought about the fall of the Soviet taxi) - last year may have been WP:TOOSOON but this is now a timely article. That said, the article is substandard. The Russian Wikipedia article, ru:Indriver, is quite a lot better and its sourcing has improved greatly in the last 11 months. Personally, I think this is a case of rescuing rather than deleting. Fiachra10003 (talk) 03:02, 14 March 2018 (UTC)
- Comment In the time since I !voted I have taken a good crack at improving the article's copy and sourcing. Fiachra10003 (talk) 22:37, 16 March 2018 (UTC)

- Keep My vote would have gone the opposite direction a few days ago but the article has been vastly improved since the AfD was initiated, and now clearly establishes notability. AfDs as cattle prods for improvement! Now, there's an idea. -The Gnome (talk) 19:20, 26 March 2018 (UTC)
