Article is entirely unreferenced save for a link to what seems to be some sort of a social networking site in the external links section. I could not find any sources in Chuvash or Russian, that were not simply databases or mentions of the subject in passing. As it stands, this article fails WP:GNG and WP:NSCHOOL.
