Comment: I found relatively a good number of sources that this article meets WP: NCORP including this JSTOR article: MAGNUSON, S. (2021). UP FRONT. National Defense, 105(806), 6–7. https://www.jstor.org/stable/27023231. Local news doesn't necessarily means it's not reliable. They seems to be reliable. All the Best!
