Subject fails to meet the WP:GNG because of a lack of WP:SIGCOV. The only reference is a database and I couldn't find anything else to support notability. Let'srun (talk) 03:20, 26 July 2025 (UTC)

- Delete does not meet WP:GNG nor WP:NOLYMPICS. In case others disagree, I did some additional searching and added another source for his Olympic record but I still did not see sigcov. Czarking0 (talk) 05:53, 26 July 2025 (UTC)
- Redirect to Kuwait at the 1984 Summer Olympics#Judo. A hatnote can be added to point to Mr. Al-Najadah’s participation in the 1988 games. Also okay with a redirect to 1988 and hatnote pointing to 1984. Having multiple suitible redirect targets is not a valid reason to choose neither and delete anyway, which also deletes the history. The subject currently fails GNG due to a lack of SIGCOV. Frank Anchor 13:05, 24 July 2025 (UTC)
- Delete – Per lack of a clear redirect target. Svartner (talk) 23:53, 26 July 2025 (UTC)
- A clear redirect target was identified above. The addition of a hat note removes any concerns of redirecting to a single Olympics for athletes who compete in multiple games. Frank Anchor 16:19, 27 July 2025 (UTC)
- Redirect Does not merit an individual article, but is a valid search target and is already mentioned in several spots. The thinking that someone who has competed in one Olympics should be redirected, but someone who has competed in two Olympics should be deleted, seems illogical to me (the more Olympics you compete in the less notable you are?). - He is given many brief articles in the Kuwaiti news of his day; see over 50 matches for his name. Most of these are paragraph long stories about his victories at various competitions, such as 1 (front-page coverage) 2 3 4 5 6. One could certainly write a quality article here. - Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.
Relisting comment: I'd like to Redirect but there is no mention of this subject at the proposed target article.
