When updating the SPI clerk list on filter 1170...

Please make sure to also update the non-admin SPI clerk !equals_to_any(user_name) condition, to maintain consistency with filter 1170 (and as I've done with User talk:PharyngealImplosive7#Filter 1157). I don't think I have sufficient command of language to adequately express how deeply I respect you. I'll try, but hopefully this disclaimer is sufficient. Everything I said back at WP:EDDY was true, so I got some of my bases covered. Other things I didn't get to mention or really appreciate include User:Dbeef/One big SPI guide, the care with which you approach U4C work, the kindness you show to everyone, and your amazing sense of humor. Thank you for your support as I navigate the maze that is being a functionary (ack that still feels weird to say). Which is all to say, happy holidays, and the best to you and yours in the new year :)
