The actions were as has been described. The fact the cited work was -not- removed until admins viewed it, shows that user BrendelSignature not only abused his powers to spread disinformation, but that user BrendelSignature regarded the fact that he had spread disinformation as inconsequential to both the quality and mission of Wikipedia.
