Thinking about updates

JPxG pinging you here for your thought since you seem to be the most involved with maintenance here recently.

Thinking of adding something along the lines of as of 2024 they have started resorting more to slow-motion edit-warring Special:Diff/1221856668 Special:Diff/1250797289 using both proxies and socks. and they are also increasingly resorting to filter log-flooding in an attempt to conceal the actual targets of their no-indexing, for example the edits to these two targets were accompanied by a large number of nearly simultaneous similar edits to unrelated pages using other proxies. along with they have also taken to self-reverting edits when people start investigating one of their recent editing sprees, apparently to keep those pages from being added to their list of targets Special:Diff/1174334139, only to return the content later once they believe attention has shifted Special:Diff/1228742727.

May also be better to pipe the diff links to numbers by paragraph, or just shorten them to diff for at least some brevity, but I've just used the predominant style in the page for now.

Should also swap out the now vanished user from the bottom, and replace with yourself and perhaps Primefac who has been been dealing with them lately. I think there's a few other sysops who also might be familiar and willing to help, but I'd have to check back to confirm.

Might be worth noting they seem to have taken to concealing their preferred additions by adding large amounts of unrelated information alongside it. For example here where alongside the usual stuff they also add a massive amount of off-topic material about bomb-threats Perhaps intended as a form of trolling? Recent edit summaries as of November 2024 have sometimes included references to SOCKOPHOBIA apparently they've never read CITEBITE along with the GDPR [4] [5], others make reference to NEEDTOKNOW [6] [7].
