Little format error
[change source]Hi, i found an error on the format of administrative tools, one point of the tools hace only simple text, the section that doen't have the format is called Revision Delete, i cannot edit these because i'm not autoconfirmed Emolga826 (talk) 16:46, 15 January 2022 (UTC)

Let me start by saying that at the moment you probably do not meet the basic community requirement - activity (preferred 3 months of activity); you have only made 18 edits and you have only been registered for 3 days. As for formal requirements - there are no specific ones, apart from the preferred activity of 3 months; you will find everything described on WP:A. - Essentially it is about trust and need. The community must trust you with what is a very powerful set of tools and you must show that your actions show that you need the tools in order to be a more effective user. This means tagging articles for deletion, reverting Vandalism using Twinkle or undo, warning users who violate the rules and taking part in community discussions showing that you can properly judge community consensus. You must also show a good understanding of the policies and guidelines the community has. It's not about how long you've been here or how many edits you have: although there are minimum for both.
