    • Support: I read his entire biography, admittedly short, to see if he's a sicko. And apparently he's not. Just another computer scientist geek (Yes, probably like you!) who likes to walk around (probably stalking people!!) and studies in the department of a renowned university. Although he seems to have a minor Anglocentric tendency, and a weird one at that, to spell our name as "Wikip[a]edia" on his webpage. :-D
      He's a Liberal Democrat. WP doesn't explain their ideology, but assuming from the name, it's not a racist, homophobic crap-party? (No idea)
      In addition to his seeming intelligent and unbiased life, he writes pretty good too. I like his one-paragraph explanation of the Brit secondary education system, very encyclopedic.
      So, I'd say he'll make a good admin so he can do those tweaks he'd like. --Menchi 07:06 1 April 2014 (UTC)

Willy on wheels (talk · contribs) – Willy on Wheels has been a valuable contributor to Wikipedia for nearly a decade, having made over 9000 edits since 20 August 2004. He was initially involved in removing unsourced material from articles and adding maintenance templates [1] and later moved on to correcting the titles of articles (e.g. ColdFusion on Wheels), inspiring other editors [2] contribute in the same way. He creates and edits from new accounts [3] frequently to identify the issues that affect new editors, to help increase edition retention. He has helped with the maintenance of Wikipedia's servers [4] and has also created improved variants of user scripts already available on Wikipedia, helping to demonstrate the positive impact of Wikipedia's commitment to the open-source model. I think that Willy on Wheels would make a great administrator, and that the work that he does would benefit from the administrator permissions, particularly the move-related ones. Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. Please answer these questions to provide guidance for participants:

1. What administrative work do you intend to take part in?
A: I want to use the "suppressredirect" tools inside the Admin package bits for the betterment of moving ON WHEELS!
2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
A: If I had to say the hundred thousand uncounted moves for THE WHEELS!
3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
A: Never, how can I be in conflict when I am ON WHEELS?

4. I noticed that you occasionally edited under your own user name. I know this hasn't happened in the 12 months prior to this RfA but it is still a concern for me---Please outline to us how you will avoid such behaviour in the future.
A: With the account creator privileges included with the administrator package, I can create a much larger number of accounts, which will help me avoid scrutiny more efficiently ON WHEELS, and reduce my risk of accidentally editing under my own username.

5. Which pages would you plan to edit as soon as you get these tools?
A: Of course, the Main page is first priority but overtime I will move 500.000 to 1 Million articles per day so overall will take 1 week for total moves of 4.5 Millions articles, the Admin bits with "noratelimit" will help me with this.
6. What about the pages in other namespaces? How do you plan on moving editing categories?
A: I think we have a different perspective about namespaces, I usually only move pages that are highly visible to reader, so my move will help them to see ON WHEELS! And yes Category is not that much visible nor that many reader bother to click the Cat' to see related pages, but of course after I got the Admin bit I will also move categories to their correct place which is ON WHEELS!

  2. Neutral Pages moves and renames are excellent and show a deep understanding of Wikipedia's policies, yet his actual content creation is lacking. So he should come back later after gaining some experience with inline citations.
