Hey folks! Today I'd like to nominate Osiris for adminship here on the simple English Wikipedia. I recently noticed that Osiris is a really productive user on our project with several hundreds of QD requests and several thousands of edits in all name spaces. I think Osiris' edits and actions speak for themselves. I think that we would all benefit from Osiris having the few extra buttons. The mop will just make everyone's life easier, admins probably have some less work to do and Osiris doesn't need to wait for us and can do the stuff himself. I hope that you all agree with me and support Osiris! Good luck! -Barras talk 17:49, 21 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Candidate's acceptance: I'm very honoured to be able to accept a nomination for adminship by Barras. I like to think of myself a problem-solver. I do tend to bother the admins with things that I can't do, so having the extra tools will make me work much more efficiently. But I'm also keen to help out in any way that I can—and I hope I've built up a reputation as a helpful and approachable editor. — Osiris (talk) 18:13, 21 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Osiris has been regular editor on Wikipedia for around 4 months now and has made wide range of contributions in many areas of the project, and users like him are specially needed on Simple English Wikipedia for different tasks. A fine candidate for becoming an Administrator. TheGeneralUser (talk) 20:07, 21 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Didn't think I'd ever have to say this, but we need some more active admins. Doesn't look like the user has anything scary going on, so sure.--Gordonrox24 | Talk 21:29, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Definitely, Osiris is doing great work. Grunny (talk) 07:35, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
