- This is a map tagged with a {{PD-ineligible}}. It does not look ineligible for copyright if you ask me. But perhaps it is meant to be PD because it was created by Sistema Nacional de Informação Geográfica - Instituto Geográfico Português? MGA73 (talk) 14:34, 5 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Marana View.JPG (delete | talk | history | logs).
- See commons:Commons:Deletion requests/File:Marana View.JPG. This only applies to the most recent version; if the decision is delete, please delete the image, and then restore the older version. Magog the Ogre (t • c) 20:58, 5 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Resolved I think. Reverted the bad (unlicensed, unsources) overwriting, reverted the description change, transfered the file to Commons to File:Marana View.jpg - the change of the name was necessary imo to not confuse the files again. --Martin H. (talk) 22:25, 5 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- File:ROTMLogo.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- see commons:Commons:Deletion requests/File:ROTMLogo.jpg; first version appears to be ineligible for usage on any pages this file is transcluded on. Magog the Ogre (t • c) 21:02, 5 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment: Could we just restore the file to its original version with fair use rationale? Themeparkgc Talk 22:07, 5 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Yes. Magog the Ogre (t • c) 00:14, 7 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Note: This image is currently tagged as non-free. If there is a dispute with the rationale, please tag the image with {{dfu}} or list it at WP:Non-free content review. AnomieBOT⚡ 23:00, 11 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Hhcrippen.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- The copyright release for this photograph presumably relies on freedom of panorama to avoid being a copyrighted derivative work. But, according to the text at commons:Freedom of panorama, this applies to "sculptures, models for buildings and works of artistic craftsmanship (if permanently situated in a public place or in premises open to the public)", as this was taken in the UK. According to Commons, it probably counts as a place open to the public, but I don't think the wax figures can be considered permanently installed, since they get moved, removed, and destroyed. Thoughts? Writ Keeper ⚇♔ 21:59, 5 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I'm afraid I didn't understand much of the above comment. I haven't been back to Tussauds since I took this picture in the 80s, but looking at their website I see that a new figure of Crippen is now in the Chamber of Horrors, replacing the one in my picture. In that way it was not permanently installed, and has presumably been melted down for reuse, as is typical in their workshop. Jack1956 (talk) 22:10, 5 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Perhaps tagging it as a non-free sculpture image will resolve the issue, if issue there be. Jack1956 (talk) 12:28, 6 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- See also Commons:Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Madame Tussauds which briefly discussed the issue of permanent installation. In the end, all images from the UK, Australia and Hong Kong were kept. --Stefan2 (talk) 23:14, 11 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
