The result of the discussion was: Delete (I converted the few users with this to the base html userbox if they didn't already have it as well. — xaosflux Talk 16:05, 14 February 2019 (UTC)
The template is marked as obsolete (and categorized in Category:Deprecated user programming language templates) and the documentation says to use one of 7 other templates, all of which are deleted. Seems these were replaced by the {{User HTML}} series. Gonnym (talk) 10:20, 6 February 2019 (UTC)

- A nomination from 2011 resulted in it being closed for not being here. Also Twinkle automatically selected this venue. If this isn't the correct spot, I don't mind changing it. --Gonnym (talk) 13:47, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
