- Keep. That a userbox has a variable as opposed to a fixed appearance shouldn't be seen as especially important with regard deleting/merging userboxes. The fact that userbox A *can look the same* as userbox B but userbox's A *default look is not the same* (and requires extra parameters to look the same) does not make A redundant to B. The nominated userbox has more transcluders and is older. Arguably it is the more canonical Wikipedia userbox to denote that someone is a Commons admin, and the other userbox appears to have been copied over from Commons.—Alalch E. 13:30, 13 March 2024 (UTC)
