Page that has sat in Draft namespace and has gone through CSD:G13 cycle three times. Last substantial page change was 28 December 2017 and the page was created November 17th 2017. Author of page has been reminded on multiple occasions regarding the policies regarding Draft namespace and has only expended enough effort to oppose G13 or to request a WP:REFUND immediately after deletion suggesting that this is either personal notes (and should be stored in the Author's own userspace) or an abandoned draft that should be deleted. I am calling the question regarding this page which appears to be up to (if not over) the line of WP:NOTWEBHOST. Hasteur (talk) 01:01, 9 November 2019 (UTC)

- I withdraw this MFD, as the author has elected to move this to mainspace [1]. I further note that because they have moved it to mainspace, it is now subject to Mainspace criteria and CSD. Finally I vehemently oppose any return to Draft namespace without a firm commitment to a no REFUND permissible G13 clock. Either it sinks or swims. Hasteur (talk) 01:06, 9 November 2019 (UTC)
