The result of the discussion was: Temporary keep. I'm going to WP:BOLDly WP:IAR close this. This draft was refunded less than two hours before this nomination ([1]), with the requester indicating they intend to work on it; give them space to do so without a "banner of death" at the top. Non-notable draft that reads very much like a promotional article. I was originally intending to speedy this, but I figured that since it was in draft space, it would be good to take it here.
