Sure, this sample gives out the idea of what the song sounds like, i.e. some song demonstration, but I wonder whether it exemplifies contextual significance to the topic in question. Fails WP:NFCC#3a and WP:NFCC#8: the main infobox of Kratos (God of War) already uses a non-free image to show the character's appearance.
