Appears to be an ID photo of some sort. Unclear where/when this was taken, possibly derivative of non-free content, dubious self-work claim FASTILY 04:21, 10 September 2021 (UTC)

c:File:Capture-StadiumLogo.png is free, and I'm only seeing a text-logo here. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 07:03, 10 September 2021 (UTC)
ShakespeareFan00, I'm not sure I understand... does that mean I should upload a new one? It's just a screen shot off their website.
- Delete, mislabelled pd-logo. Replace logo with the Commons based file. Salavat (talk) 07:03, 11 September 2021 (UTC)

Commons considered this as simple, and there's only a textlogo here. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 07:06, 10 September 2021 (UTC)

I fail to see how this meets NFCC. There's already two free images in the article, with the one in the lead being quite high quality. And there's nothing essential about this image in particular. It's just "some screen grab" which is equally significant as any other random screen grab from the series. We don't even use non-free content on the main article for the show other than the logo. I don't see how we have a compelling rationale to use non-free content here. GMGtalk 13:21, 10 September 2021 (UTC)

Unsure if this image is truly uploader's self-photographed images. Two of his older uploads were deleted because of questionable nature or authorship: Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files/2013 May 28#File:LPUCavite Phase2.jpg and Wikipedia:Files for discussion/2021 September 3#File:LPU Cavite Front.jpg.png. Mexico has FoP, but this was apparently sculpted in 1974. Does not meet NFCC#3. Miniapolis 17:23, 10 September 2021 (UTC)
Question: If there is FOP, then why not transfer it to Commons? JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 17:58, 10 September 2021 (UTC)
- Because the statue itself is not PD in the US or (probably) Mexico; it was apparently created in 1974. Miniapolis 22:38, 10 September 2021 (UTC)
- @Miniapolis: the current policy in Commons is to accept images of public art from countries with freedom of panorama despite the fact that they may not be free in the United States. c:Template:Not-free-US-FOP applies. So even if unfree in the U.S., Commons still accepts images of those works, provided that the freedom of panorama of the country of origin includes public art (not just architecture). JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 01:13, 11 September 2021 (UTC)
- I think the statue (apparently sculpted in 1974) is still copyrighted; Mexican copyright expires 30 years after the author's death. That tag is a bit woolly; the file doesn't meet WP:NFCC#3 (low resolution), and I don't think it belongs on Commons. Miniapolis 01:43, 11 September 2021 (UTC)
- @Miniapolis: since it is copyrighted and located in Mexico, that should be fine in Commons per c:Template:FoP-Mexico. If there is a concern for its status with the U.S., then just tag it with c:Template:Not-free-US-FOP. The fact that it is copyrighted in the U.S. doesn't mean it is no longer welcome at Commons – if the country where this work is located has FOP. By the way, if the image is already at Commons, the local file can be tagged for speedy deletion as F8 (identical file to the Commons file). (←) Thanks for your input; this is new to me. The file is still on enWP, and I can't move it to Commons (and use the Commons tags) until this discussion is closed. I wanted to make sure, since I've run afoul of FoP in the past. Miniapolis 02:22, 11 September 2021 (UTC)
