Uploader indicated that they were themselves the author. However, the metadata indicate another person as the author and that copyright is with Ulster University. Given that a (cropped) photo from apparently the same session is posted on his faculty profile (https://www.ulster.ac.uk/staff/hp-mckenna), this is therefore most likely a copyvio. Having said above - the picture is supplied for the express purposes of staff publicity and there is no restriction on its use - it is simply impossible to negotiate ones way through all the licensing stuff if the pic has been supplied to you. Rwatson1955 (talk) 16:25, 5 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Delete - It is a copyrighted photo. Uploading the same photo wiht a different name under a claim of public domain without evidence isn't going to work. There needs to be evidence from the copyright holder that the image is a free license files with OTRS. See Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. -- Whpq (talk) 18:00, 5 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The PDF says the "TEXT" is free. On looking at the picture we find it is attributed to https://nsrcforest.org/about-nsrc - which says "ALL CONTENT ©2018 THE NORTHEASTERN STATES RESEARCH COOPERATIVE" Ronhjones ^(Talk) 18:49, 5 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

There is insufficient sourcing information (no author or evidence for date of publication/presentation) to support the copyright requirements claimed. Summary reads: "The photo was taken by myself of a work of art by the artist in my home". Thus, unlikely that the underlying photograph is the work of the uploader: taking a photo of photograph does not transfer copyright to the underlying original image. --Animalparty!
