Copyright logo question

Hi Dmoore5556, hope you are well! I have a question about the MLB in Omaha logo you uploaded to the MLB in Omaha page. How did you get the logo into the page without copyright? I have tried to upload a logo to the MLB at Rickwood Field page & the MLB Speedway Classic page, but I cannot upload them. Please let me know what you did, and if you can help that would be amazing. @Havartii83: items such as logos (including the one in the infobox for MLB in Omaha) are copyrighted, but can be displayed under "fair use" (WP:FAIRUSE). Select "Upload file" from the options on the left side of the page, then "Upload a non-free file". Follow the menu, and in Step 3, select "This is a copyrighted, non-free work, but I believe it is Fair Use." and then the sub-option "This is a logo of an organization, company, brand, etc." Hope that helps. Thank you for your timely response Dmoore5556! I am still having an issue. I cannot find where I can click upload file from the options on the left side of the page. I am curious what do you mean by "the page" (please leave a link). Also, could you possibly give me a little more detail on how to upload so I can get these logos onto the Speedway Classic & Rickwood Field pages. Thank you for your help. @Havartii83: when I look at Wikipedia in my desktop browser, there is a "gutter" of options on the left side of the screen. Your screen appearance may vary from that, based on settings in your profile. In the Contribute section is an "Upload file" options—the direct link to it is HERE. Try clicking that, and going through the upload dialog for "Upload a non-free file". Dmoore5556 (talk) 22:45, 26 June 2025 (UTC)
