Tag as fair use - Has there been a DR on the AT&T logo? I'm not so sure that it is really PD-ineligible. One of the samples at c:COM:TOO is [1] and that logo is less complex than the shopping TVA one. So I'd err on the side of saying it's copyrighted. --B (talk) 14:08, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Delete: This is a derivative work without permission from the originator. Besides being a crappy image, not used in any article, the logo is certainly not de minimis and most likely copyright to the software company, so it cannot be freely released by the uploader who claims it as their own work. ww2censor (talk) 09:33, 23 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

There is no freedom of panorama in the United States for sculptures. As Metaphor: The Tree of Utah was installed after 1977, it is under copyright protection. This image is a non-free derivative work of the sculpture, and would not be acceptable under the NFCC while File:Metaphor The Tree of Utah.jpg is used in the article.
