Blurry and low quality image. It's listed as the logo for the 1978 All-Africa games, but File:1978 AAG (logo).png also claims to be the logo for the same event (with small differences). The question then becomes with is the correct logo, and if this one, can we get a better quality version? Oiyarbepsy (talk) 04:12, 28 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The official logo is the File:1978 AAG (logo).png, but the logo File:3rd All-Africa Games - logo.jpg was also used maybe as a flag of the competition. --Fayçal.09 (talk) 09:41, 28 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Courtesy request made on behalf of the original uploader via OTRS ticket #2018042810004644. The terms of the licence have been discussed and the grounds of the application in the correspondent's own words are:

. I am the owner of those photographs. I don't want my name to be displayed on Wikipedia.
. I didn't expect anyone to write their own descriptions on one my photographs (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:IndianRailways.JPG).
. I have seen numerous abuse over the internet of use of my images on their personal blogs and websites without giving reference to the wikipedia site.

A non-free image being used in the Titan Sports (newspaper) article which is not being used for visual identification as claimed in the purpose section of the non-free use rationale.
