Non-free image of an individual who we already identify with a free image. I'm taking it to discussion here rather than speedy tagging as the rationale claims to be illustrating a particular point in this actor's career; however, there isn't any commentary in particular which would suggest this image is needed. The image of the repackaged Flagship Edition (CD+DVD) album cover is not discussed within the text nor sourced by third party references, hence not subject to critical commentary per WP:NFCI and fails WP:NFCCP#8.
