Keep - All of the Commons images show de Mille in character, and it's long been the case that infobox images are supposed to show the actor as themselves, and not in character, whenever possible. The uploader of this file has forged email addresses to spoof the OTRS process. Without further confirmation by a trusted user, we cannot assume that the OTRS ticket is valid or that the license is correct. Sven Manguard Wha? 23:55, 12 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to delete the image because of a suspicion and "not a fact" that I have forged email addresses to spoof the OTRS process for "File:Samia Nkrumah & Sonia Gandhi.jpg" then go ahead. Sven Manguard says "Without further confirmation by a trusted user, we cannot assume that the OTRS ticket is valid or that the license is correct.", Sven Manguard is the "we", Sven Manguard is the "we" that strongly "cannot assume that the OTRS ticket is valid or that the license is correct". – MarkMysoe (talk) 02:40, 13 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Delete See Commons:Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/User problems/Archive 30#User:MarkMysoe for examples of forged OTRS mails. Also, according to this diff, the uploader didn't have access to the Internet when the above comment was posted from his account.
