No evidence of permission. Simply because it's available on her site does not mean it is in the public domain. Morbidthoughts (talk) 06:56, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Joseph H. Hertz.JPG (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Chesdovi (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).
The file is still in copyright. PD-old-70 is claimed, bu tin fact the photographer, Boris Bennett, died in 1985.[1]. Even if the photographer were unknown, it would not be obvious that the taker of a photograph in about 1938 would have died before 1942. Abramsky (talk) 15:12, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Bridge Music Joseph Bertolozzi Sampling.JPG (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Em2w (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).
Non-free image; source is given as "Joseph Bertolozzi," who is the subject of the photo. No evidence is provided that this image meets Wikipedia non-free content criterion 4, previous publication. —Bkell (talk) 17:28, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Ógra Fianna Fáil Youth unemployment.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by G867 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).
This is the non-free cover of a policy document published two and a half years ago by Ógra Fianna Fáil, the youth wing of a political party in Ireland. It is used only in the Ógra Fianna Fáil article. Showing the cover of this document in the article about the youth organization does not "significantly increase readers' understanding of the topic," and its omission would not be "detrimental to that understanding"; the cover does not provide any understanding beyond what can easily be described by free text. So this use of this image fails WP:NFCC#1 and WP:NFCC#8. —Bkell (talk) 17:38, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Ógra Fianna Fáil Pieta House.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by G867 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).
Non-free photograph of members of Ógra Fianna Fáil, the youth wing of a political party in Ireland, collecting donations for a charitable cause. This image could easily be replaced by a free alternative; a member of this organization, or an outside observer, could easily take a photo the next time they gather for such a cause. The use of this image fails WP:NFCC#1. —Bkell (talk) 17:44, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Rubber Duck Nativity.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by ReverendLogos (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).
A nativity scene created with rubber ducks. Claimed to be created by the uploader, but an eBay link is provided as the source. So the copyright status is unclear. It is also unclear how this image could have an encyclopedic purpose. —Bkell (talk) 17:49, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- The uploader has been blocked indefinitely as a sockpuppet. —Bkell (talk) 17:51, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- File:I GOT PICTURE MY SELF.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Takahara Osaka (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).
This is an image of King Abdullah Sports City, which apparently hasn't been built yet. The uploader repeatedly claims to be the creator (e.g., the file name), but this seems highly unlikely. If the uploader is not the creator, then we have no source information for this image. On the other hand, even if the uploader is the creator, the image is tagged as a non-free image, and no evidence is provided that it has been previously published outside Wikipedia, so it fails WP:NFCC#4. Additionally, it is tagged with {{Non-free 2D art}}, which claims that the image is "a drawing, painting, print, or other two-dimensional work of art"; this is clearly an invalid tag for this image, which is an aerial view of a sports stadium. —Bkell (talk) 18:30, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
