apparently replaceable fair use photo of building. the fair use rationale says that the building was demolished, but the article itself says that the building was merely renovated and still exists. (not to mention that the article is about the organization and not the building and it's not clear anyways that a non-free photo is needed) Calliopejen1 (talk) 01:26, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- prob. delete I don't know accessible the facade is in practice, but the building is still there. Also it's confusing given that the orphanage hasn't been on this site since 1890. Mangoe (talk) 13:38, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Image of dubious origon, used only in a hoax article (see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Fredric Croix and Quickslide Rick) so I have doubts to its veracity. Ten Pound Hammer • (What did I screw up now?) 03:06, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

no way to verify that this photo was taken by a federal employee. also, can't be kept as nonfree because we can't credit the copyright holder as required (no author info or even more general source info). also not clear that this is really needed in the article, bc the subject of the article is barely visible in the photo Calliopejen1 (talk) 20:27, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- delete This is clearly a poorer version of File:AnnieLeeMoss2.jpg, which admits that this is a fair-use image from the Murrow filming. Certainly we do not need both of them. Mangoe (talk) 21:09, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: delete. Without proper verification that this is indeed a film poster, this this image fails WP:NFCC#4. — ξxplicit 01:17, 2 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Not a Film poster. It's a Album cover. Violates MOS:FILM#Soundtrack and WP:NFCC#8. Raghusri (talk) 10:47, 20 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep The poster was used to identify the movie. Doesn;t violate MOS:FILM#Soundtrack or WP:NFCC#8. There is only one copyrighted image for that article and it is an official poster that helps visually identify the article. Thanks, krZna (talk) 18:15, 20 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep per User:Krzna. Seems to be some sort of massive poster-hunting op by User:Raghusri. It is well-intentioned, I bet, but misplaced in most of the nominations here.
- Cheers,
- The image fails WP:NFCC#8 and MOS:FILM#Soundtrack because it is a Front album cover of Aditya Music. Actually the image should not be used there in infobox film, but it was used. Licensing info is also wrong stating it is a poster. It's a album cover misplaced in the infobox film. In infobox film only posters should contain. Raghusri (talk) 06:02, 21 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Considering the objections raised by Raghusri, I cannot find any verification that this is actually the official poster released for the movie by its producers. Given the fact that unofficial, fan-made artwork abounds for this type of work, that many films seem to have multiple different "wallpaper" artworks released, and that I can't find it on anything I could identify as an offical website representing its producers, I'm not convinced of its usefulness. - Did you even look at the poster? The image is clearly not an audio cover. It might be an audio release poster, but would still not fail MOS:FILM#Soundtrack or WP:NFCC#8. krZna (talk) 21:00, 21 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If it's not a album cover then prove it by " where did you get the file ", means post a external url here from where did you got it. Raghusri (talk) 12:43, 22 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Wrongly licensed file becuase this is not a poster, but Front album cover of Madhura Audio Company's ACD. Also misplaced in the infobox film. Infobox film should contain only Film posters. Raghusri (talk) 09:30, 23 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep not true. It is a poster of the film Seema Tapakai. Not misplaced and nor it is a audio cover. Doesn't violate any of the above policies. krZna (talk) 15:33, 23 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment. I think Raghusri might be right, though he or she shouldn't have voted twice anyway. This similar but rectangular version seems to be the DVD cover and probably based on the film poster. The square one under discussion is most likely the cover of the film's soundtrack CD. Chick Bowen 07:18, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
