Following map http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Europe_religion_map_en.png has no source indicated for the majority of countries shown - on the discussion page of this map , there are many examples of disagreements on the colouring which cannot be ended without a proper data source. This picture is not used in a fair use way, it is used as decoration in the article. It is not a low-res copy, it is the same resolution as the source. The technology has been released and a free similar image will be available as soon as someone takes a picture of it. SchmuckyTheCat (talk) 16:35, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It may be the original resolution, but I would argue that this is a low resolution image, regardless. Given it's low resolution (regardless of the original's size), given there is currently no free replacement image available, it falls under fair use. TimL (talk) 05:28, 26 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Alternative: [1]. That's from the Thunderbolt press release here. (Of course, this image is HUGE; it'll need to be reduced to be used here.) Since it's a press release image, I'm sure that's one image Intel won't mind being used. (I'll admit, though, it's much less illustrative than the current image. This image was listed at PUI (the comments from PUI are in the hatted area above). It is a photo of some new thunderbolt (interface) cables used under a claim of fair use. My view is delete because (1) the photo doesn't really add anything to the article and (2) eventually we will be able to replace the photo with a free image. --B (talk) 02:27, 11 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free photograph of a martial-arts fight, used in the article about one of the fighters. FUR claims it is necessary to depict "the position" of the fighter in the scene, "which could not practically be conveyed without going into unnecessary detail"; however, the fight scene itself is not further commented on in the surrounding text and there are no signs that any visual detail of this scene is in any way crucial for understanding the article.
