- File:Karla foxnews.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs) - uploaded by Absinthe999 (notify | contribs).
- The screenshot is used in LaVey's article to identify her without critical commentary of the television show or television network against Wikipedia:Non-free content and against "for identification and critical commentary on the station ID or program and its contents" from the licensing agreement. Also since the file is being used to identify her and she is still alive, this is a replaceable fair use image. Aspects (talk) 21:06, 18 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete - Replaceable non-free content. Garion96 (talk) 21:18, 18 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- I wonder if being used as a source is enough for an image to pass all non-free content criteria. But since it is now sourced that she was on fox news, it really should be deleted. Garion96 (talk) 16:43, 25 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep, It is the only reference for her appearance on Fox News and is NOT replaceable. It has contextual significance. It increases the readers' understanding of the topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding. I couldn't find a reference that she appeared on Fox News, and the photo serves as a visual reference. It is not used for decoration or for identification of her. --Richard Arthur Norton (1958- ) (talk) 21:32, 18 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- I added a reference for a Fox News appearance from FoxNews.com, so now the image is no longer needed to prove she appeared on Fox News. Aspects (talk) 15:26, 25 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep, per Richard Arthur Norton. Absinthe (Talk) 02:12, 20 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
