Does not seem to be notable. PROD was removed on the basis that the electrification trial info should be merged, but I'm not sure what the target would be.... Coverage of the terminal seems limited to the trial. SomeoneDreaming (talk) 21:05, 28 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Merge into Midland Main Line upgrade. This seems to have happened as part of the ongoing electrification project, so that seems like a good target. Mackensen (talk) 11:14, 29 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Merge into Midland Main Line upgrade seems appropriate as suggested by Mackensen. If there's a prior history of a rail yard here, there could be a notable topic here (and that would be something like "Wellingborough railway yard"), but I'm not familiar with British railway history. To give a comparable example in my area, this transloading terminal in North Haven, Connecticut, United States isn't notable itself, but the larger facility it's part of (Cedar Hill Yard) is. Merge to the MML upgrade project. As someone that is getting that article to GA status, it's much better covered in that article than to have its own.
