Keep -- I remind our nominator that deletion is supposed to be based on the merits of covering the topic -- not on the current state of the article. Wang was a visiting scholar at several institutions, was a Fulbright Scholar, Deputy President of the China Procedural Law Association. It took about thirty seconds to find this out.
