- Keep as a necessary topic/title. However, I don't agree that it is a BROADCONCEPT page, but even then, it must exist as a redirect. I will support argument to that effect to redirect to Civil unrest, because "Unrest" on itself, cannot be expanded beyond dictionary definition or pure OR, but that's argument for another venue. –Ammarpad (talk) 06:27, 17 May 2018 (UTC)
