I prodded it with the following rationale: "The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (companies) requirement. " It was deprodded by User:OtterAM (creator) with no rationale, no new sources and no talk post. As I discussed in my Signpost Op-Ed, this is a good example of Yellow-Pages like company/product spam. - Keep. This is a well known snack with a fairly long production history (back to 1975). Coverage around Barghouti wolfing it down clearly pushes it over GNG.[1][2][3] Ample gBooks and gNews hits, that are indepth and independent of the company, cover this product in a non-Barghouti context - טורטית - e.g. [4][5][6][7][8].Icewhiz (talk) 07:22, 4 September 2018 (UTC)
- @Icewhiz: If you say so, then I am sure there is something to it - but if you could use some of those sources to expand this a bit, I'd be happy to withdraw this nom. Considering the tiny size of the current article, DYKing wouldn't be that much of a trouble, what do you say? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 09:07, 4 September 2018 (UTC)
- I might spruce it up a little, but I wouldn't DYK it (not the sort of article I would DYK). You are correct we have plenty of PROMO content - however this particular article is not promotional (and its creation, just by looking at the date, was prodded by the Barghouti incident). Most food item brands with a 40+ history tend to be notable - at least from my experience.Icewhiz (talk) 09:20, 4 September 2018 (UTC)
- @Piotrus: If you could transwikify Grześki in the text to plwiki - I'd be much obliged - forgot the syntax for that.Icewhiz (talk) 09:40, 4 September 2018 (UTC)
- @Icewhiz: I am not sure exactly what you are asking for, perhaps you mean this: Grześki ? (PS. The Polish article IMHO fails notability; I'll take it to Polish AfD). --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 11:06, 4 September 2018 (UTC)
- Linking Grześki (in current text) to https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grze%C5%9Bki - but if you are taking it to Polish AfD.... No need.Icewhiz (talk) 11:09, 4 September 2018 (UTC)
- Well, it may quite well be kept. Pl wiki has very poor notability standard, I really got fed up with it after it kept an article about a minor engineering company based on a blog that just mentioned one of its engines is used in a tractor... yeah, really. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 11:24, 4 September 2018 (UTC)
- @Icewhiz: This time sufficient sources where find for notability of Grześki brand that I am sure it will be fine to link it (I am withdrawing my Polish AfD for this article). --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 09:25, 5 September 2018 (UTC)

- Keep sweet little article about a candy bar, as per sourcing by Icewhiz, above.E.M.Gregory (talk) 16:41, 6 September 2018 (UTC)
- Keep: I think that text Icewhiz added – essentially saying that this is the second most popular Israeli candy bar – is a nice claim of significance to add to the article. The product is pretty well known – for example if you Google "Klik (candy)" (made by a different Israeli company) Google will also suggest Tortit under "related items" (this was true even before I added the Wikilink). I certainly didn't intend this article to be promotional, I just noticed after Tortit was in the news for a while (as Icewhiz guessed above) that it didn't have an article despite being pretty common. - Withdrawing my nomination, sources found and added seem to be sufficient for demonstrating notability. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 09:15, 10 September 2018 (UTC)
