No evidence of notability. Appears to be a middle-ranking Chinese businessman. The subject doesn't have any significant coverage in reliable sources, the pages currently used only mention him in passing or use him as one of many sources for quotes on a more important topic. The Chinese language source, similarly, is a video interview (so not counting for notability purposes) where the subject seems to be giving his views on aspects of the belt and road.--Boynamedsue (talk) 09:34, 14 March 2025 (UTC)
