- Delete pretty much sounds like it was pasted directly from an adverising brochure, with phrases like "TechExcel ServiceWise is your comprehensive internal help desk and IT service management solution regardless of how simple or complex your business processes may be." - Keep and rewrite - the company seems notable and verifiable through media coverage. However, the article itself is written as an advertizement. This isn't a good reason to delete the article. -- Ynhockey (Talk) 16:05, 11 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
