  • Delete as NN with no enduring coverage--most of the edits to the article in the last 8-9 years have been cleanup bots. It never received major press coverage, and apparently has been dead for ~9 years. Having said that, it could arguable merged into a bigger article on a larger topic of search engines that failed.
