Apparently non-notable company in the UAE, apparently not the Egyptian financial services company of the same name. There's some minimal coverage of its routine business, but I don't see any of the sort of solid independent in-depth coverage we'd need to satisfy WP:NCORP.

This has every appearance of undisclosed paid editing; I tried moving it to draft space so that it would go through the AfC process, but that was immediately undone.
