Procedural keep. This was closed as keep 2 months ago. WP:6MONTHS suggests: If the XfD discussion was closed as “keep”, generally do not renominate the page for at least six months, unless there is something new to say, and even so, usually wait a few months. Delete - and consider the same for his travel narrative My Friend the Fanatic. What does his atheism have to do with anything? Who cares?
