Previous afd closed as no-consensus due to no one participating, but this article is a borderline nn/promo speedy candidate and should not remain. - Delete I'm not sure how the last AFD didn't get delete votes, there is barely a superficial claim of notability and it is totally unsupported by independent sources. Reads like an advertisement.
