Non-notable promotional organization that calls itself a "university" despite no accreditation. Flagged for notability for two and a half years. All sources are from the "university" itself; no coverage in third-party independent sources.
It appears to have been created by a COI editor on behalf of the subject of the article; note that the original article title includes the “®” symbol, and only the National Association of Realtors does that.
It’s currently under a proposal to merge to National Association of Realtors, but the reality is that the “university” is non-notable, and deletion is more appropriate. It rates at most one line in the NAR article. TJRC (talk) 23:01, 20 November 2017 (UTC)
- Delete. It's a professional association's training program and of no special significance, and this primary-sourced article is indistinguishable from an advertisement. At MOST, one line in the NAR article, and, frankly, what there is about training in the NAR article should be cut back. --Calton | Talk 00:40, 21 November 2017 (UTC)
- Delete Hamburger University has more academic significance. This is basically just a whole bunch of seminars and training sessions; most large companies have something like this. On another note, I could have sworn I pruned something Realtor-related a few months back because of major WP:PROMO concerns (it was Realtor.com), but the NAR article needs major help itself. I feel like we have major WP:COIs with Realtor-related articles that need addressing. Nate • (chatter) 01:53, 21 November 2017 (UTC)

- Delete. It will likely gain notability from a class action lawsuit, but this is too early. Fails WP:GNG, a clear case of WP:PROMO. Jack N. Stock (talk) 03:20, 21 November 2017 (UTC)
- Delete Fails PROMO, GNG and COI. I'm fine with the one-line merge per TJRC, but what's there now should be deleted. South Nashua (talk) 14:14, 21 November 2017 (UTC)

- Delete. Like others have said, it fails WP:GNG and WP:COI. I'm not as concerned about WP:PROMO as some others above are, but I think the the best course of action would be to merge a condensed one- or two-liner into National Association of Realtors. cnzx (talk) 19:38, 21 November 2017 (UTC)
- Delete a non-notable training organization.John Pack Lambert (talk) 16:09, 23 November 2017 (UTC)
- Delete Non notable organization that lacks independent reportage. Complete reliance on primary sources smacks of advocacy. Besides creating this article the only other edit of the SPA is this linking, so as to integrate his advocacy article. This article doesn't need any merge as it was created in blatant violation of our core policies WP:NOTADVOCACY, WP:RS and WP:PROMO. –Ammarpad (talk) 10:22, 26 November 2017 (UTC)
- Delete Does not meet the notability guidelines. Hrodvarsson (talk) 22:07, 26 November 2017 (UTC)
